Martena Duss (1982) is a make-up artist, creator and illustrator, based in Belgium and born in Switzerland. Her creative hyperactivity made her into the multi-disciplinarian she’s known to be today. Martena successfully made her love for creation and storytelling her trademark. Her vision, network and hands-on work-ethic have enabled her to collaborate on a long list of dream projects, always in dialogue with cutting edge companies and inspiring people. Martena loves tactile materials. They just want to be touched and manipulated by her hands. She loves it when the material really IS the work. These illustrations are a selection of her newest book 'Kookboek voor een heerlijk chaotisch leven', that she made together with Laurence Roothooft.
