SHIPPING
All shipments at MURO are processed by Bpost. Each shipment can be followed online by means of a tracking number, so that the status of each shipment can be consulted at any time of the day. In addition to this option, we always offer our customers the option of collecting their parcel from M.ars or having it sent to a Bpost post office of their choice.

In order to return, the following conditions must be in order:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in good condition.
Subsequently, if the product is damaged or used, the consumer will be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. set.
Regarding customs costs, BUROMURO cannot be held responsible for this and these are fully borne by the customer. When returning, the following points of attention apply.
- Include your contact details.
- Include the complaint and, if possible, the model withdrawal form (available here).
- If possible, send us the return tracking number.
- Mark internationally returned products as "returned goods".
After receiving MURO will refund if applicable. There is no exchange to another product possible.
- Transport damage
In such a situation where you notice that the product has been lost during shipping or that the product has been damaged by transportation, you are expected to notify us immediately.
- Claimed packages
For all packages that are not collected from your post office within 14 days, MURO reserves the right to invoice you an amount corresponding to an administrative cost for the return and the freight cost.
