Hanne Holvoet
Hanne Holvoet is an illustrator based in Deurne, Belgium. Her artistic work consists of colorful, diverse illustrations that are characterized by a confident line and playful humor. It is varied and include silkscreens, gouache and scenography. By using recognizable characters in her drawings, she wants to invite the viewer to step into each story. For this series of work she made colorful and playful illustrations, but they are showing grumpy animals. A cat got taken by birds, the hedgehog isn't happy with the dumped cigarette in his forest, the sheep is on revenge and the fish is angry about all the plastic in the ocean.
